Terms of Service

1. The service

Roomly creates AI room redesigns from photos you upload. Results are generated automatically. They may not be accurate, buildable, or to scale, so they are not professional architectural, construction or safety advice.

2. Accounts

You must give a working email address and keep your login secure. One person may not open multiple accounts to get extra free credits. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Plans and credits

• Free: 3 credits for the lifetime of the account. Free credits do not reset.
• Pro: $10/month, 40 credits per billing period.
• Studio: $79.99/month, 300 credits per billing period, shared by up to 3 team members including the owner.
• A standard design costs 1 credit. A high-resolution design (2048 × 1536 px) costs 2 credits.
• If a design fails, its credits are returned automatically. Deleting a finished design does not return credits.
• Unused paid credits do not roll over; the allowance starts again at the beginning of each billing period.
• Plan allowances and prices can change for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will be told before a change affects them [notice period to be confirmed].

Paid plans are not on sale yet. Until checkout launches, nobody is charged.

4. Studio workspaces

The Studio owner controls the workspace: inviting and removing members, deleting client projects and renaming the workspace. Members can create and rename client projects and make designs using the shared credits. The owner is responsible for members' use of the workspace. If the owner's Studio plan stops being active, new team designs and invitations are paused.

5. Your content and AI output

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload, and you confirm you have the right to upload them. Subject to these terms and the AI provider's terms, you may use the designs you create, including for commercial purposes on paid plans. Because the output is AI-generated, we cannot promise it is unique or that it can be protected by copyright [commercial-use wording to be confirmed by legal review]. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to run the service.

6. Subscriptions and payments [to be confirmed]

When paid plans launch, payments will be handled by a reseller acting as merchant of record [expected: Lemon Squeezy]. Their checkout terms will also apply. Subscriptions will renew automatically each month until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". It may be unavailable at times, and each design currently takes about a minute. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim [limitation wording to be confirmed by legal review].

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the Dashboard; see the Privacy Policy for what is removed and kept.
