Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Failed designs

If a design fails (for example the AI service errors or returns no image), its credits are returned automatically. If a design gets stuck, its credits are released after 15 minutes. This applies to every plan.

2. Deleted designs

Deleting a finished design, a project or your account does not return credits already used.

3. Renewal and credit resets

• Pro ($10/month, 40 credits) and Studio ($79.99/month, 300 credits) will renew automatically each month on the date you subscribed, until you cancel.
• Your credits start again at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits do not carry over.
• Free credits (3) never reset.

4. Cancelling

You will be able to cancel at any time from your Dashboard through the payment provider's customer portal [to be confirmed]. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Designs you already created stay in your account. If you cancelled a Studio plan, your team stops being able to create new team designs or invite people. Team members can still see existing shared designs.

5. Refunds [to be confirmed]

Proposed policy: you can request a refund within [7] days of your first payment if you have used fewer than [5] credits that period. Renewals are not refunded once that period has started, unless the law requires it or the service was unavailable. Refunds will be issued through the payment provider to your original payment method. This policy needs the owner's decision before launch.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry it [retry schedule to be confirmed]. Paid credits stop being available once the subscription is no longer active.
