Acceptable Use Policy
Roomly, operated by MA Enterprises, is for redesigning rooms. These rules keep it safe for everyone and in line with our AI provider's policies.
Draft notice: paid plans are not on sale yet. Items marked [to be confirmed] depend on the payment provider or the owner's legal review.
Do not upload or create
- Photos you don't have the right to use, or private spaces photographed without permission.
- Images showing identifiable people without their consent, or any sexual content, especially anything involving minors.
- Hateful, violent, harassing or illegal content.
- Images intended to mislead, such as fake property listings presented as real photos without saying they are AI redesigns.
- Content that infringes trademarks or copyrights.
Do not misuse the service
- Creating multiple accounts to get extra free credits.
- Trying to get around credit limits, plan restrictions, rate limits or team permissions, or accessing other people's data.
- Automated or bulk access outside the app, reselling access, or sharing one paid seat between several people.
- Sharing team invitation links with anyone other than the person invited.
Share links
Anyone with a share link can view that design. Only share designs you are comfortable making public, and revoke links you no longer need.
Enforcement
We may refuse requests, remove share links, or suspend accounts that break this policy. A suspended account cannot create designs. Report abuse to roomly.ai.support@gmail.com.
